Account Management

• At the player's own request via written notice to support.

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees.

Deposits and Payments

Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise agreed with the su777 support team.

The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal will be processed:
